I would guess that, if you read this blog regularly, you’ve figured out that I walk a lot. Ken and I try to get out for a walk five mornings a week. Many of the photos I share on Wednesdays and Fridays are pictures that I took while we were walking. We’re fortunate to have a variety of routes that are safe and scenic.
I don’t stress over the number of steps I reach daily. I do use my Apple Watch as a motivator to keep moving, but if I don’t “close my rings” or meet the monthly challenge, it’s not the end of the world. I’m moving and trying to stay as healthy as I can.
I can’t talk about our walks without sharing a photo. We saw these rabbits yesterday as we walked, and they weren’t bothered by us at all.
