Our walk this morning took us through the equestrian preserve, but we didn’t see any horses. So it was time to go through old pictures. This was from one of Covid lockdown era suburban hikes.

I understand that this picture was taken during COVID, but… the horse 🐎 It looks pretty nice in the preserve! I’d like to see one but I never had a chance.

I’m seeing cats all the time 😅

Doesn’t that whole lockdown thing seem surreal? 🤔 What a very strange time. But at least we had a good excuse for binging on NF 😎

I had a Facebook memory from 2021 pop up just this morning, in which I talked about “before time.” I guess now we’re living in the “after time” 😀 And we binged BritBox shows. I’d honestly dream in British accents 😂

That’s so funny… love the English accent. In college, the kid across the hall for me was from England, Brighton… in the south of England. He had an English accent, and he cultivated in me a reasonable version of one. “The two guys from England” noticed a distinct uptick in the interest level of the gals… If I accidentally ran into one who had been there, or was from there, and who called me on it, it was… “Oh no, I’m not from England, I’m from New Zealand!” 😂😎🤷‍♂️
