So Many Dishes

I learned very early that carving a pumpkin for Halloween is an exercise in frustration in Florida. Given the heat, it will be rotted by the next day. I don’t want to wait until Halloween to put out our pumpkin. So I paint a face. This is my annual reminder that my artistic skills, such as they are, are musical and not visual.

I name my creations each year, but I haven’t come up with a name for this guy yet. So if you have any suggestions, I’d love to know them!
