This tree is in bloom in our neighborhood right now. And no, I can’t definitely identify it, although I think it’s Tribouchina granules a, or purple glorytree. At this time of year, very little is in bloom here, so it’s nice to see some color other than a shade of green.

    Lynn – how lucky to live in Florida where amazing blooms are on display almost year-round. The picture you shared is really amazing. Wayne would probably have known the name of the tree – but, I think you are close if not correct. Thanks for sharing. Mary
