We took one of our favorite paths this morning, along a canal where we typically see a lot of birds. Today was an entirely new experience: there was a pair of otters in the water. Getting pictures was difficult; we literally sprinted along the bank to try keep up with them. It was a sight neither of us expected to see, and it made a beautiful walk even more fun.
