Are you more of a night or morning person?

I have always been a morning person. When I was in college, I took as many 8:00 am classes as I could. When I was teaching, I would get to school early and would work with students before school. By the end of the day, my energy level was approaching zero.

Even in retirement, I’m an early riser. Ken and i love to get out for an early morning walk. If we have appointments, we try to schedule them early in the day. Morning time is project time, too.

Evenings are for relaxing and winding down. After dinner, we’ll watch sports or perhaps a tv show, but then it’s time for quiet music and some light reading or meditation.

Maybe that’s why all my pictures are bright and sunny!
